Sites
A "Site" is the location where you conduct your business and collect customer feedback (e.g. Cafe, Restaurant, Boutique, Spa, etc.).
When you register your account, a site (called "My Store") is automatically created for you.
Within a site, you have the ability to assign any number of locations and/or tags to it.

You can delete a site at any time.
To delete a site:
When re-registering after deleting a site, the data that was previously registered will remain as before.
Editing Site Information
Once a site is created, you will have the option to make edits to site details, location assignments and tag assignments.
To make changes to site information:
Locations are defined by a group os sites based on the region or area that a site is located in (e.g. NE region, SW region, etc.).
The ability to create and assign locations to sites allows a manager to compare and analyze data in detail based on the groups they create.
To create a location:
There is no limit to the number of locations that can be created. However, sites can only be assigned to one location at a time.
To assign a location to a single site:
You must first create locations before they can be assigned to sites.
Tags are key words you used to describe specific site attributes.
You might use tags to describe location demographics (e.g. University, Movie Theater, Shopping Center) or service provided (e.g. To-Go, Delivery, Dine In).
The use of tags allows a manager to compare and analyze data based on a variety of filters based on the tags created.
To create a tag:
There is no limit to the number of tags you can create and assign to a site.
