Sites

A "Site" is the location where you conduct your business and collect customer feedback (e.g. Cafe, Restaurant, Boutique, Spa, etc.).  

When you register your account, a site (called "My Store") is automatically created for you.  

Within a site, you have the ability to assign any number of locations and/or tags to it.  

This article will take you through the following site management functions related to:

  • Tags - How to create and assign tags

Deleting a Site

You can delete a site at any time.  

To delete a site: 

  1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Site
  3. Select your site
  4. Select Delete
  5. You will be asked to confirm your selection
  6. Select Delete to confirm

  When re-registering after deleting a site, the data that was previously registered will remain as before.

Editing Site Information

Once a site is created, you will have the option to make edits to site details, location assignments and tag assignments.

To make changes to site information:

  1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Site
  3. Select the site you would like to edit
  4. Select any field beneath Company to edit site name, number and address
  5. Select Confirm to save changes

  Locations

Locations are defined by a group of sites based on the region or area that a site is located in (e.g. NE region, SW region, etc.).

The ability to create and assign locations to sites allows a manager to compare and analyze data in detail based on the groups they create.

Creating Locations

To create a location:

  1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Location
  3. Select more option icon   then select Add a Location
  4. Enter location name
    • You can also assign the location to your site at this time by selecting your site name beneath Sites
  5. Select Confirm

  There is no limit to the number of locations that can be created.  However, sites can only be assigned to one location at a time.

Assigning Locations

To assign a location to a single site:

  1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Site
  3. Select the field beneath Site to assign (or un-assign) a location to your site 
  4. Select Done
  5. Select Confirm

  You must first create locations before they can be assigned to sites. 

  Tags

Tags are key words you used to describe specific site attributes. 

You might use tags to describe location demographics (e.g. University, Movie Theater, Shopping Center) or service provided (e.g. To-Go, Delivery, Dine In).  

The use of tags allows a manager to compare and analyze data based on a variety of filters based on the tags created.

Creating Tags

To create a tag:

  1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Tag
  3. Select the more option icon   then select Add a Tag
  4. Enter tag name
    • You can also assign the tag to your site at this time by selecting your site name beneath Sites
  5. Select Confirm

  There is no limit to the number of tags you can create and assign to a site.  

Assigning Tags

There are two ways to assign tags.  

To assign a tag via  Settings:

  1. Select  Tag 
  2. Select the tag you wish to assign
  3. Select edit icon  next to Assigned Sites
  4. Select sites to assign then select Confirm
  5. Repeat for each tag you would like to assign 

To assign a tag via  Site Information:

  1. Select the settings icon  within the bottom navigation
  2. Select  Site
  3. Select your site name
  4. Select edit icon  next to Tag
  5. Select additional tags to assign 
  6. Select Confirm
